The Avaya
Experience Portal System Administration course is designed for persons who are
responsible for the daily operation and monitoring of the AAEP system.
M&C
will offer an introduction to the Experience Portal and then lead into training
on User Management, Organization Level Access and Zoning Topology. From there, students will be taught Email Management,
SMS Management, and SNMP Agents and Traps.
M&C
will provide an overview of Media Processing Platform (MPP), Speech Servers,
and how to Manage Applications and System Events. Reports and Experience Portal Manager (EPM)
main menu customization will then be covered to gain an understanding on how
your Avaya Experience Portal has been configured.
