the International Avaya Users Group (IAUG), Education and Learning Services committee has selected M&C to present a breakout session at AVAYA Engage 2018.  The topic requested is: AACC and AAEP - A Journey into Real Challenges that are solved by AACC and AAEP Implementations!  They are planning an interactive presentation that is not only educational, it will allow participants to submit questions in advance that will be answered specifically and directly during the session.  Date and time of the session to be announced.
